At what time do you arrive to set up?

We usually arrive about 30 to 45min. before the music is to start. Please make sure we will have open access to our set up location.

Do we pay for set up time?

No, you pay only for the time the music starts, until the music ends.

What do you need as far as set up goes?

A 10ft x10ft space and two outlets, we bring our own tables.

Do you take requests?

Yes, we're always happy to take requests, however we will use our discretion as to the appropriate time to play the request.

Can I bring some of my own personal CD's for you to play?

Yes.

How early should I book you?

As early as you can! Our availability is limited and once we're booked, we're booked.

If I need to cancel my event, can I get my deposit back?

In order to get your deposit back, we need 5 days or more notice, otherwise your deposit is non-refundable.
